Norma Jean CD's for less


I went down to Long Beach California in 1963 to buy my first Norma Jean album on vinyl - an album titled "Let's Go All The Way." Norma Jean Beasler, later to become known as Pretty Miss Norma Jean, sang with Porter Wagoner before Dolly Parton did.

I still have the album, with a beautiful picture of young Norma Jean on the cover. She got a spot on the popular Ozark Jubilee (with Red Foley) in Springfield Missouri where she stayed for two years. Foley suggested calling her simply "Norma Jean", and the name stuck. She met Porter Wagoner on the show.
